By clicking the box "I agree to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Data Protection legislation," I consent to the processing of my personal data by AeroJOB, s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), Letisko Košice – Barca, 041 75 Košice, ID: 50 956 906, in the following scope:

Email address for the purpose of direct marketing – for sending newsletters and information about events and discounts. I understand that, as part of sending newsletters, AeroJOB, s.r.o. will additionally collect information about my activities (referred to as "usage data"), such as whether I open the newsletter, whether and how many times I click on the delivered links, IP address, location data, and language settings. This consent is granted for the duration of the newsletter service provision. Once this period ends, personal data will be deleted. Your email address will not be used for automated profiling or decision-making.

The Operator informs the individual that the personal data is subject to cross-border transfer to the USA. The service provider Mailchimp is The Rocket Science Group, LLC d/b/a MailChimp, 512 Means St., Suite 404, Atlanta, Georgia, which adheres to the "EU-U.S. Privacy Shield" principles (safe harbor for personal data processing). Providing personal data and granting your consent for its processing is voluntary. You may withdraw your consent at any time in every email via the unsubscribe link or by contacting info@aerojob.sk. Withdrawal of consent is effective on the day it is received.

Granting consent does not affect your rights as the data subject. Based on a written request, you have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data and its correction, deletion, or restriction of processing.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Data portability.
  • Submit a complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

Right to Withdraw Consent

If your personal data is processed based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent electronically in every email via the unsubscribe link, via email, or in writing by notifying us of the withdrawal of consent.

Right to Rectification or Change

Right to Restriction of Processing

From the moment you request the correction of your personal data until we can confirm its accuracy (or modify it as per your instructions), you have the right to limited processing. The data subject declares that the provided personal data is accurate, up-to-date, and has been given voluntarily. These privacy policies related to newsletters take effect from January 1, 2021.

What are "cookies"?
